Question 7: What is the role of the oil cut solenoid valve? Is there a temporary gas storage tank inside the main unit, and are the intake and exhaust valves disconnected at the main unit? How to repair when the intake and exhaust valves are broken? Answer: The oil cut-off solenoid valve is to prevent the oil supply from being cut off after the machine stops. There is no gas storage capacity in the host of the screw machine. The intake / exhaust can be assumed at both ends of the rotor, and the intake / exhaust valves are all peripherals of the host. The intake valve can only be adjusted, and the exhaust valve is only a check valve. If the function cannot be performed, it must be replaced.

Question 8: If it is found that the pressure difference of the separator reaches above 0.6 BAR (limit 1 BAR) or the pressure difference starts to decrease, the machine should be stopped and replaced. What does this phrase mean? Does this separator refer to an oil separator or a water separator? Answer: The oil separation core must be replaced when the pressure difference of the separator exceeds 0.6BAR. This is because the unloading of the machine is based on the pressure after separation. When the pressure difference exceeds the above value, the pressure before separation will be 0.6BAR above the rated pressure. The motor will be overloaded and overloaded.
