The compressor is called the "heart" of the chiller . It should be no stranger to everyone, and the previous article page introduced some related knowledge of the compressor, such as the characteristics of the compressor and common sense of maintenance. The chapter introduces the common sense of the compressor in practical use, and introduces it in four aspects:
I. Storage and handling of chiller heart compressor
Storage: Packed in a cardboard box, which should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, with air holes in the box and external ventilation;
Handling: The compressor should be kept vertical during the handling process;
2. Remove the sealing plug: The chiller compressor is flushed with dry air of a certain pressure when it leaves the factory, and then plugged with sealing rubber; when it is online, the exhaust plug should be opened first and the inside of the suction pipe should be cleaned with a cloth. Ring, wipe off the ink layer for easy welding
Third, the fixed foot of the chiller compressor: The compressor is equipped with a rubber ring and a steel sleeve. When the compressor foot is sleeved on the rubber ring, the compression should be vertically lifted by a gap of about 2.1mm between the rubber ring and the cylinder sleeve. When the washer nut is used, if the sleeve is tilted or even cracked, it will cause vibration and noise.
4. Welding of compressor suction and exhaust pipes: The suction and exhaust pipes are copper-plated steel pipes. It is best to use electrodes containing less than 5% silver. If using electrodes containing less than 2% silver, there should be very good skills to ensure that the solder enters compression. Failure inside the machine!
Only by mastering some necessary common knowledge and continuous practice and summary of the compression molding machine can we control the chiller equipment, so that their service life becomes longer and the failure rate becomes lower!
