Briefly describe the working principle and purpose of the oil temperature machine
The oil temperature machine, as its name implies, is a mold temperature machine that uses thermal oil as a heat transfer medium. The oil temperature machine is provided with an oil storage tank. The oil temperature machine mainly plays a role of preheating and constant temperature in the nine rollers. During work, the heat-conducting oil enters the system from the oil storage tank and is driven into the mold or other temperature-controlling unit by a circulating pump. Equipment, oil temperature machine, heat-conducting oil comes out of the temperature-controlled equipment, and then returns to the system. The heat-conducting oil is heated by the heater. When the temperature of the medium detected by the temperature sensor reaches the set value, the heater stops working. When the oil temperature machine temperature is lower than the set value, the heater starts to work, and when the oil temperature machine temperature reaches the set value, it stops working. This goes on and on. Preheating rollers usually use temperatures between 40-80 degrees; heating rollers use temperatures between 120-160 degrees. There are many options for heating and constant temperature in the nine rollers, but usually using an oil temperature machine to control the temperature is more efficient, energy saving, safe, accurate temperature control, flexible use and so on.
